Among our upcoming online courses is Grow Your Food Blog, A Month-by-Month Plan. It’s a detailed blueprint for new food writers and covers everything from selecting a niche and brand name to when and how to use social media to gain followers. We examine content creation, the technical aspects of maintaining a website, and developing a readership in depth. It also gives traffic and earnings estimates for each stage of growth month by month in the first year of blogging.

Our first upcoming book is The Food Writer’s Style Guide, A Resource for Food Writers, Editors, Bloggers, and Critics. The Style Guide covers the correct spelling and usage of food terms, food company names and trademarks, punctuation basics, and much more.
